| Love Of Vietnam Expressed by Helping the Poor & Needy | 1 John 3:16-18 NKJV: By this, we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth. | www.loveofvn.org |

| For this month, LOVE got two ethnic students graduated from college. On the left is A Luong and the right A Vang. Congratulation on them! | Sponsors Needed Right now, there is a needy child living in poverty who is waiting for a caring person like you. We have many children who need sponsors. To see these children or to fill out an application go to our web site by clicking child. Without your help, many of these will not finish school. For just $30 a month you can see that the child you choose will break the cycle of poverty by getting a good education, better food, clothing, and shelter. For more information about these children or an application form, you can also contact Reggie. Please pray that we can find sponsors for all our children and put your prayers to work by sharing the need with your church, Sunday School Class, civic club, etc. PLEASE HELP Share your love and faith These children urgently need sponsors who will support a child for $30 a month or the whole family for $50 a month, and will pray for them, write and encourage them. |

About me: My father is a bricklayer with an unstable income. His job depends on the weather. If the weather is rainy, he cannot work. My mother works as a street vendor, so she just earns a little money. I am studying Literature teaching at Danang University of education. I have a sister who didn’t have any chance to study at college because of family’s situation. Now she studies Japanese at a Japanese center with hope to have a better future. Two of us are living in a rented room because of far study places. My family doesn’t have a house, so my parents have to live in another rent room too and pay for 2 rents and all family’s expenses. Acknowledging my family’ situation, I always try to get good study results in every semester. I do hope to get a two-year sponsorship to complete my study at university. Family members: Duong Xuan Long (Sep 1, 1970) – father – bricklayer Tran Thi Thuy Tram (Feb 22, 1970) – mother – street vendor Duong Thi Nhu Ngoc (Jun 19, 1999) - sister
LOVE’s note: A family sponsorship is highly recommended. She needs to be helped for 2 years. |

(Luke 14:13-14 NIV) But when you give a banquet, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous." |
(Prov 31:8-9 NIV) "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy." |
(Psa 41:1-3 NKJV) Blessed is he who considers the poor; The LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. The LORD will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies. The LORD will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed. |
