L.O.V.E.'s Note: Bnuoch Tue An and his family belong to the Ka Tu ethnic group and live in a very poor and remote area. The parents are farmers, but their income is low and unstable. This poor family lives in a very basic house. Tue An will be in grade 5 after this summer, and he has done well at school over the years. His younger brother is still very small and not in school yet. Tue An does not have very good health, but he loves to play football. Due to the family’s difficult circumstances, the parents always struggle with covering Tue An’s schooling costs and other basic family needs. A HOPE scholarship is highly recommended.
