L.O.V.E.'s Note: This is a bright girl who comes from an ethnic minority family living in a mountainous area. She and her younger sister, who are in grades 5 and 1, both love schooling. Their parents are farmers with low income, which is only enough to cover daily meals. As a result, they cannot afford the children’s school materials and some compulsory school fees. A HOPE scholarship would be very helpful for the girl and her family, as it would improve her learning conditions while easing the burden on her parents’ shoulders. Please help her!
