L.O.V.E.'s Note: Minh comes from an ethnic minority family in the mountainous area of Quang Tri. After her father passed away, her mother has worked hard as a farmer to raise four children alone. Due to poverty, her eldest brother had to leave school to help his mother with farm work. Despite suffering from Hepatitis B, her mother continues to struggle to support her three school-aged children. A HOPE scholarship would ease their financial burden and give Minh a better chance to stay in school and build a brighter future.
