L.O.V.E.'s Note: On comes from an ethnic minority family living in the mountainous area of Quang Tri. Her parents are farmers, and all four children are still in school. Although they live far from school, On and her siblings love learning. On has good academic results and dreams of becoming a doctor. However, her parents struggle to cover the children’s education costs and daily living expenses. A HOPE scholarship would help ease the family’s financial burden and allow On and her siblings to continue their education and pursue their dreams.
