L.O.V.E.'s Note:
Bay is the eldest of three children in an ethnic minority farming
family living in a remote mountainous area of Quang Tri. The family
has a low and unstable income, making it difficult to meet both
daily living expenses and the education costs of three children. Bay
walks to school every day and achieved average academic results in
the last school year. He hopes to continue his education and, at the
very least, complete Grade 9. We highly recommend a HOPE
Scholarship to support Bay in staying in school.
