L.O.V.E.'s Note:  Dong comes from an ethnic minority farming family in a remote mountainous area of Quang Tri. With a very low and unstable income, the family struggles to support three children in school. Her eldest brother had to leave school early to help their parents with farming. Dong is a bright student with above-average academic performance. Despite walking a long distance to school every day, she is determined to complete high school and build a better future.
