L.O.V.E.'s Note:  This girl is the eldest of four children in an ethnic minority farming family living in a remote mountainous area of Quang Tri. With a low and unstable income and four children in school, the family struggles to cover basic living and education costs. The children are at risk of leaving school early. She is a bright student with good academic performance. We highly recommend a HOPE scholarship to help her continue her education.
