MY FAMILY: My father had a heart condition and was mentally unstable. He left home a few years ago. My mother tried to convince him to come back so she could take care of him and he did it two years ago. We thought our family would have happy days, but in early 2024, my father passed away from a stroke. Since then, my mother has become the breadwinner of the family, taking care of 3 young children. We are living with my grandmother and aunt. Both of them have been mentally ill for a long time and my mother also has to take care of them. My mother makes money by selling traditional cakes on the streets. She cannot work fully because she has to take care of our special family. As a result, my mother's income is low and unstable, not enough to pay all bills, medicine and study fees. Everything is out of my mother's reach and our family really is in dire need of help. |

MY STUDY: My sister and I are both primary students. I am in grade 3 and my sister is in grade 2. We can learn many interesting things and join in many activities at school with friends and teachers, which really makes us enjoy schooling. However, my mother cannot afford the study fees for both of us because she is the only earner in the house and has to pay for many other expenses. I really hope for a helping hand so that my learning path is secured and my mother's burden is somewhat released. Please help me!
