MY FAMILY: My family has five members and lives in a poor rural area. My mother is the only breadwinner, earning a very low and unstable income from farming. Our situation became much harder a few years ago when my father had a traffic accident and completely lost his ability to work. My elder sister has an intellectual disability and developmental delay, requiring constant care and regular medical treatment. My mother must shoulder all living expenses, medical costs for my father and sister, and the education of my younger brother and me. With her limited income, our family struggles to cover even basic needs, let alone medical and school expenses. MY STUDY: I have just moved to a new middle school and am now in Grade 6. I am an active student who enjoys Math and playing football. I love my mother very much and feel sad when I see how hard she works for our family. I worry that I might have to stop going to school because my family cannot afford the expenses. I sincerely hope for your support so that I can continue my education and build a better future.
