MY FAMILY:

I come from an ethnic minority family living in a remote rural area where the weather is extremely dry and harsh. Because there is often not enough water for farming, our crops frequently fail and my parents struggle to earn a stable income. They work tirelessly every day to support our family of five and raise three children who are still in school. Besides farming, they take any hired labor they can find, no matter how exhausting or poorly paid. Even so, the income is still not enough, and sometimes they must borrow money from relatives to cover living expenses and our education. Seeing my parents work themselves to exhaustion while constantly worrying about debts and our future makes me deeply aware of our difficult situation.   

MY STUDY:
I am currently a third-year student majoring in Automotive Engineering Technology. Coming from a disadvantaged farming village, I understand that reaching university is already a great challenge, so I always remind myself to work harder and make my parents’ sacrifices worthwhile. Besides my major, I am especially passionate about English because I believe it can open more opportunities for a better future. To lessen the burden on my family, I also take part-time jobs to cover my living expenses. I sincerely hope for your support so that I can continue my studies and move closer to my dreams.
